Patricia is the Company’s Managing Director and Principal Solicitor.
Having acquired a wealth of experience in the legal profession for over 25 years, Patricia established Garden House Solicitors in 2006, creating an energetic, amicable and professional team of legal advisors.
Ruth is the Practice Manager at Garden House Solicitors and has managed the firm since it was established. She is a diploma member of The Institute of Legal Cashiers and Administrators.
Frances is a Consultant Solicitor with the firm. She qualified in 1997 and she specialises in all areas of Family Law. She is a member of Resolution and aims to provide straightforward family law advice in simple language cutting out the normal legal jargon.

Client Liaison Officer
Elly joined the firm in December 2012 in the role of Client Liaison Officer. She is the first point of contact for clients and will always be able to update them on their matter at any time.
Elly is a real asset to the firm and its clients as she is always friendly and professional.
Samuel joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in August 2018
Samuel is working in the private client department and gaining experience in Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and probate matters. He is also currently training in the firm’s litigation department and is working on issuing claims and also defending claims in the County Court.
Lexcel Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Officer
Julie joined the firm in July 2011 and is the firm’s LEXCEL compliance officer.
She ensures that the firm’s mark of excellence is maintained. Julie has enjoyed a long and distinguished career in the legal profession.
Lucy joined the firm in May 2014 as a Paralegal and gained experience in the Personal Injury, Dispute Resolution, and Private Client departments before commencing her training contract in October 2016.
Lucy graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2012 before going on to complete her Legal Practice Court at BPP Law School in London. She qualified as a Solicitor in Spring 2018.
Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Marsha joined the firm in November 2015. She works closely with the Managing Director and also assists with administrative support across the firm.
She always greets clients with a warm welcome and her bubbly personality is an asset of the firm.
Miranda joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in September 2019, after completing her Law Degree and Legal Practice Course at University of Hertfordshire.
She is currently working in both the Private Client and Civil Litigation Departments. She is engaged in will drafting, trusts and probate matters whilst also gaining experience on personal injury and dispute resolution.
Miranda particularly enjoys meeting with clients and discussing their matters in depth. She also finds writing on the practical applications of law to be very interesting and has written blogs concerning changing your will and claiming against an estate.
In her free time, Miranda prefers to spend her time reading, drawing and playing badminton.
Denise joined Garden House Solicitors in May 2020 in the role as Legal Cashier.
Denise has 37 years experience as a Legal Cashier after leaving Lloyds Bank, her first job from school.
In her spare time she enjoys socialising with friends and family and traveling the UK.
