Lisa joined Garden House Solicitors in November 2021 as a Paralegal. She has a background in dealing with employment law issues, with a particular focus on advising employers in managing their day to day HR queries, and helping employers to ensure that they have all the proper systems in place to reduce the risk of Employment Tribunal (ET) claims.
Work is such an important factor in many of our lives, and Lisa believes it is important for businesses to ensure they have the right employee infrastructure in place so that the business, and the people within it, are able to thrive. This includes ensuring employees have up to date contracts of employment, the business has the necessary company policies in place to build a great business and support individuals, and to engage employees in training. Lisa is happy to represent employees as well as employers in the ET.
Prior to embarking on a career in law, Lisa was a Business Strategy Advisor, helping clients to grow through project managing teams to deliver their growth objectives, designing and delivering training programs, and coaching individuals to develop their personal skills and resilience.
