Garden House Solicitors is a well-established and friendly law firm, recognised for our commitment to exceptional client care and professional excellence. We are seeking an experienced and personable Private Client Solicitor to join our practice in Hertford.

​

The Role

​

You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
 

  • Wills and estate planning

  • Probate and estate administration

  • Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work

  • Trust creation and management

  • Inheritance tax and succession planning advice
     

You will provide clear, empathetic advice and build trusted, long-term relationships with our clients.
 

About You
 

  • Qualified Solicitor (3+ PQE preferred, but all levels considered)

  • Solid experience in Private Client law

  • Excellent communication and client-care skills

  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and collaboratively

  • STEP qualification (or working towards it) desirable
