COVID-19 Update

We at Garden House Solicitors are continuing to review the recent announcements with regards to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We will follow the advice and guidance that we are expecting to receive from Public Health England and the Ministry of Justice .

We will be providing our excellent level of service while at the same time treating the safety of our clients, team and third parties as paramount.

We can confirm we are happy to see clients face-to-face or by way of telephone or video consultations. We will be taking temperature checks for face-to-face consultations and be able to provide hand-gel and cleaning wipes.

We presently expect that there will continue to be key worker exemption for solicitors acting in connection with the execution of wills and legal professionals working in relation to imminent or ongoing court or tribunal hearings.

We have the technology in place to enable our team to continue to provide our legal services.
